The hair barrette measures 5" from the leather's edge to edge and includes a 6" long solid Oak dowel!
Even if you don't have that much hair, you can still wear this hair barrette! Simply tie your hair back with a regular hair tie, then put the pin through your hair over the tie. The hair tie will keep the pin in place and the leather will cover the hair tie!

*Leather Care:
To maintain soft leather, I suggest re-oiling your barrette about every 6 months with a leather oil or conditioner. Lexol, Fiebing's, or Neatsfoot Oil work well with the leather I use and help repel water as well!

Yes! Everything in our shop is made with 100% genuine cow leather.
Can you engrave names and/or phone numbers on your quick-release buckles?
Unfortunately, we don't have the equipment to engrave on the metal currently. We're still happy to stamp a name on the leather using traditional brass stamps!
