4": For an average amount of hair loosely pulled back or a portion of a lot of hair.

*Leather Care:
To maintain the leather in a good condition for a lifetime, I recommend re-oiling the leather every 6 months or so with a leather conditioner or oil. Leather conditioners I use and reccomend are Lexol, Fiebing's, or Neatsfoot Oil.

Is the leather you use genuine leather?
Yes! Everything in our shop is made with 100% genuine cow leather.
Can you engrave names and/or phone numbers on your quick-release buckles?
Unfortunately, we don't have the equipment to engrave on the metal currently. We're still happy to stamp a name on the leather using traditional brass stamps!

We can fit a name and phone number on any of our 1.5" wide or 2" wide martingales! Please send us a message to confirm if the name and phone number you have will fit on any of the 1" wide collars. They can be a little trickier, because space is more limited.
